Chuck Shifferd

Chuck is an Operating Partner at Beckway. In this role he works with leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies to supplement operating partner resources, driving continuous improvement efforts and enterprise value creation for company stakeholders.

As on operational leader with a focus on Lean process deployment, Chuck has executed performance improvement initiatives in the private equity, healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Chuck has led successful M&A transactions and managed all facets of performance improvement, achieving immediate EBITDA and cash flow impact.

Previous roles for Chuck include Operating Partner at Highland Capital Management, Managing Director and NexBank Capital Advisors, and CEO at BM Medical Management. Chuck also served as VP of Operations at private equity portfolio companies including Nautic Global Group and Zimmerman Sign Company, starting his career in manufacturing operational leadership roles within the automotive industry for companies including Tenneco Automotive, Borg Warner and Lear Automotive. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
