Doug’s prior experience includes SVP of Operations at Resilience Capital Partners, VP of Manufacturing at Excello Engineered Systems, Plant Manager at XLO Group.

He earned his Bachelor’s in Economics Management and Marketing from Ohio Wesleyan University, M.B.A. from Case Western
