Shannon Brady

Shannon is the Talent Specialist and a member of the People and Growth team at Beckway. In her current role, she assists with both the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition needs.

Prior to joining Beckway, Shannon began her career as a Talent Acquisition Associate at a nationally ranked Accounting firm in New York City. She was responsible for the hiring needs of the firm in several offices across the country.

Shannon received a dual Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Rutgers University.
