Mikala Kin

Mikala is a SHRM certified professional and Human Resources Operations lead on the People and Growth team at Beckway. In her current role, she focuses on new hire onboarding, employee engagement and performance management.

Prior to joining Beckway, Mikala worked in the HR Department at Wiley Rein LLP, where she provided assistance on all personnel matters for professional staff. Additional previous positions include Recruiter at Oxford Global Resources, HR Assistant at Military and Commercial Fasteners Corporation and Intern at the University of Delaware.

Mikala graduated with a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from UMBC and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware. During her studies, she assisted in building a credited internship program from the ground-up for UD’s athletic department. She is passionate about generating positive business outcomes by inspiring the organization’s greatest asset – its people.
