Vicki Strauss

Vicki is a performance-oriented leader driven by goals, deadlines, and quantifiable results through excellent communication skills, and project management fundamentals. She is a scalable executive with 35 years of large corporation progressive experience and small company rebuilding experience. Vicki has led multiple business transformation initiatives specializing in process reengineering and linking technology with business process and driving change.

As an independent consultant for the last 10 years, Vicki has worked with $10M-$150M size companies, primarily engaged for technology implementations beginning with gap analysis and business requirements, moving to software evaluations/selections, and then facilitating customizations, integration design, testing, training, go live.

Prior roles include Principal at Business Excellence, SVP of Operations at NuCO2, and VP of Enterprise Operations Development at YRC Worldwide.

Vicki received an MBA from the University of Akron and a BBA in Finance from Kent State University.
