Bethany is a highly motivated Quality and Development Leader on the People and Growth Team, dedicated to enhancing performance and efficiency. She specializes in aligning programs and training strategies with company objectives to drive organizational success.

Prior to joining Beckway, Bethany worked on the Sales Enablement team at Dexian, and played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic training initiatives to elevate performance.

Bethany earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications from Western Carolina University.
