Bharathi is an experienced and accomplished information technology executive with over twenty five years of demonstrated career success in leading, developing and executing, large-scale strategic programs and transformation initiatives leading change.

Bharathi has extensive experience in multiple verticals such as travel, healthcare, consulting, insurance, construction, aviation and utilities overseeing operations, executing large scale strategic programs and developing technology roadmaps.

Previously, Bharathi was in a Program Manager role leading large cross- functional teams in multi-million-dollar, multi-year initiatives, multi-facility onsite deployments in Deloitte, Travelport, Nationwide Insurance, American Electric Power while managed strategic risks and established change management procedures along with organizing PMO for strategic and enterprise initiatives. She is results-driven and has decisive leadership qualities with a consistently proven track record of accomplishing organization and program goals.
