Michael Bugaj

Michael Bugaj is an Operating Partner at Beckway. He began his career in operations and customer services and then moved into the human resources function more than 25 years ago. Mike has worked in global Fortune 100 public companies and in venture and private equity backed startup firms ranging from 11 total employees to over 100,000 employees.

Mike has successfully led the HR function as the head of HR for multiple acquisitions and mergers, concentrating in developing the new leadership structures and teams, new compensation and total rewards plans, retention and talent acquisition strategies, driving synergy goals and communications plans.
