Nishant Daga

Nishant is a Senior Operating Director at Beckway. Having worked in various accounting and finance roles, the most recent one as the Corporate Controller of a mid-size manufacturing firm, has extensive experience in monthly closes, financial reporting and analysis, treasury/cash management, budgeting and forecasting among others. He also has extensive experience with M&A transactions including due diligence, valuation modelling, and Purchase price accounting all the way to integration post close.

Previously, Nishant worked at KPMG’s audit and advisory practice working on several SOX and audit engagements.

Nishant earned his MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
