Toby Drummond

Toby is an Operating Partner at Beckway who specializes in lean/six sigma enterprise transformations. He has over 30 years of global experience spanning private equity, Fortune 500 companies, and privately held businesses. Toby brings deep experience in helping clients achieve full potential and value creation by executing assessments and developing customized transformation plans. He has executed numerous implementations over a broad cross-section of industries.

Prior to joining Beckway, Toby was founder of Drummond Lean Enterprises. Prior roles include, Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at Juul Labs, Senior Advisor to TPG Capital’s Global Operating Group, Co-Owner of Lean Multiplier Strategies, and Master Consultant at Six Sigma Academy.

Toby earned his Bachelors and Masters in Business from University of Phoenix and is Master Black Belt Certified.
