Todd Brents

Todd is a Senior Partner and Finance Practice Lead with Beckway. In this role, he works with private equity funds to optimize the financial performance of their portfolio companies. Todd has over 25 years of experience providing leadership in financial management, business transformations, and accounting operations to businesses in interim executive roles and as a management consultant. Todd’s hands-on style enables him to build high-performing teams and develop effective tactics to execute strategies in performance management, growth initiatives, cost management, mergers and acquisitions, and financings.

Previously, Todd spent 14 years as Managing Director at AlixPartners. Prior to that, he worked at Frito-Lay, Inc. in various finance roles. He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, after serving as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army.

Todd earned his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, his MBA from Southern Methodist University, and holds a CPA.
