Social Responsibility at Beckway
We are committed to our mission of utilizing the combined force of Beckway’s talent to better our communities. This year, we established a plan focusing on three key areas of impact: philanthropy, diversity equity and inclusion (DEI), and employee wellbeing.
Philanthropy: Consistent with our core values, Beckway is committed to making a positive difference in the communities where we live and work. Through our organized volunteering at regional offsites, providing employees five paid days off each year to contribute time and talent to philanthropic endeavors, and offering professional grants, we are proud of the impact we are making.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Our DEI Committee is focused on building a culture where employees are empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. We strive to create a workplace reflective of the communities we serve by the sharing of experiences, education, and giving back to our communities.
Employee Wellbeing: We take a holistic approach to wellbeing. Whether it is physical, mental, financial, or social wellbeing, we empower and aid our employees in the creation of an environment that supports their individual needs.
