Talent finder Success: Corporate Carve-out

A private equity firm engaged us to support a corporate carve-out of a manufacturing and distribution business in the Midwest. This engagement utilized both our TrailBlazers and our Talent Finders teams, with an Operating Partner leading the HR work stream and our Talent Finders team hiring five new executives for the standalone business – with two additional searches undertaken.

Talent is the source of ideas, and people deliver results. Our model provides the right talent at the right time, whether that need is at the fund level (e.g. Operating Partner) or within a specific portfolio company (e.g. CEO, COO, CFO, and their direct reports).
