- Learned the functionality of Fiix and how it could best be applied to develop a preventive maintenance (PM) program
- Developed PM procedures for all “critical to production” equipment and created PM schedules for each line and each piece of support equipment
- Installed Best Practice maintenance KPIs of mean time to repair (MTTR), PM schedule completion, overall schedule completion, and mean time between failure (MTBF), and added to the organization’s dashboard to ensure sustainability of the overall preventive maintenance efforts
