- Served as PMO for the due diligence and integration for a complex M&A transaction including a $65M acquisition, $180M debt refinancing, and $40M of real estate sales, all closing simultaneously, to supported restructuring of a $500M client portfolio company

- Led the PMO for the integration of the two companies to create a $500M industry leader for sleep products
- Identified $10M in synergies to be achieved through the transaction and consolidation of the two companies, primarily through procurement freight and footprint rationalization of multiple facilities
