The team facilitated a procurement selection with RFI and RFP processes within 3 months and provided an evaluation of 3-4 providers for each solution. The company was presented the following end state:
• The future state will consolidate ERPs and upgrade the warehouse management solution within 6 to 12 months
• The ERP provider of choice was determined based on price with a narrow score card margin
• The cybersecurity provider of choice offered a contract with a 3-year term at $45,000 less annually than the next best competitor
