- Served in the role of interim CHRO and oversaw all activities, vendors involved in implementing HR capabilities, and services
- Coordinated efforts with the parent company’s HR team to transition services under a TSA
- Hired a permanent CHRO
- Establish programs/vendors to support the company, which included payroll, employee benefits including life insurance, disability, dental, medical, spending accounts and 401k
Results
- Exited the TSA agreement on the due date
- Successfully ran the first payroll for the last pay period in December
- Ran an open enrollment for employee benefits in late November
