- Conducted detailed spend analysis across direct and indirect categories to identify areas of opportunity
- Conducted several interviews with stakeholders on key processes, policies, and metrics assessing the maturity of the overall procurement function and its strategies
- Provide a detailed and data-driven assessment report of direct and indirect spend, proposing cost savings opportunities, prioritizing them by ease of implementation versus impact, and identifying “Quick Wins” for immediate impact

- Identified annualized EBITDA impact of $2.8M run rate in increment to those identified by client’s procurement team
- Proposed working capital benefit of $2.9M through payment term adjustments
